EU-ACT Kyrgyzstan has organised a Training on Operative analysis of the project in Bishkek from 23-27 September 2019.
The training is an integral part of series of capacity building activities planned for 2019 (7 training in total) within Intelligence-led-policing (ILP) implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic. The 5-day training gathered 30 officers of the Ministry of Interior, Penitentiary, State Committee on National Security, State Service on Financial Intelligence and Financial Police to deliver by 2 trainers from the Spanish National Police new knowledge and skills on operative analysis in crime investigation.
The project “EU Action against Drugs and Organized crime (EU-ACT)” is implemented from January 2017 to December 20120 and cover countries along the “Heroin Route”: Georgia, Ukraine, Tanzania, Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan. Within three years of project implementation in Kyrgyzstan, activities will be implemented on training of law enforcement agencies on detection and investigation of drug crimes, improvement of international cooperation in countering transnational drug related crimes and assistance in conduction of joint interagency and international operative and investigative activities.
